Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders below this amount will be subject to standard delivery charges. Within Karachi, all parcels are delivered exclusively through Bykea. Please note that in the case of a return or refund, the original delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Free shipping applies only to successfully completed orders and cannot be redeemed after a return or refund request.
